1. 1. General rules
Article 1 "Name / Purpose"

Article 3 "Management"
The operation and management of the facilities of this studio (including the procedure for deciding whether to obtain membership qualifications, the establishment, revision or abolition of studio rules) shall be carried out by the representative of manabiya HYOTAN.
2. 2. Member
Article 4 "Eligibility for membership"
Those who can join this studio are those who approve the rules and wish to join. In addition, you will not be able to join in the following cases.
Those with infectious diseases and infectious skin diseases. (However, this does not apply if the representative approves according to the standards separately set)
Boryokudan officials.
Those with tattoos. (However, this does not apply if the company approves according to the standards separately set)
Those who are pregnant. (Excluding maternity school)
Those who judge that the company may cause trouble to other members or that it is not preferable.
Article 5 "Minor"
If a minor wishes to become a member, he / she and his / her parent or guardian shall apply for membership after co-signing. In this case, the parent or guardian shall bear the responsibility based on this constitution in solidarity with the person regardless of his / her membership.
Article 6 "Membership Procedures"
Please pay the various expenses stipulated in Article 9 to this facility. If you do not pay on the payment date that arrives for the first time after completing the procedure, you will not be able to use this facility. The facility can dismiss a member with notice in accordance with Article 8. However, even in that case, the member is not exempt from the obligation to pay the membership fee and various expenses until the admission fee and expulsion.
Article 7 "Payment of membership fees and fees"
Members must pay the fees set by the facility by the prescribed method.
The membership fee will be paid by credit card / convenience store / PayPal every month.
If it is deemed necessary for the operation of this studio, or if the economic situation changes, the amount of membership fees, fees, etc. may be changed.
Article 8 "Membership Expulsion"
If a member falls under any of the following items, the facility can take measures such as suspension of membership or expulsion.
When you violate this constitution and other rules established by this facility.
When the honor of this studio is damaged and the order is disturbed.
When you neglect to pay various membership fees and fees.
When you make a false declaration to this facility when using it.
When we judge that this facility is not suitable as a member of this studio.
When you act as a nuisance to other members or interfere with the operation of this studio.
Article 18 When the prohibited acts of each item are performed.

Article 9 (Loss of membership)
Members will lose their membership in the following cases:
When exempted according to Article 14.
When the member himself died.
When this facility closes this studio according to Article 23.
Article 10 (closed)
If a member wishes to take a leave of absence, he / she will submit a prescribed notice of leave of absence to the facility. Members cannot request refunds of membership fees and other expenses during the period from the submission of the adjournment notice to the adjournment day, regardless of the reason.
Article 11 (Transfer and loan of membership)
Members may not assign or lend their membership to others under any circumstances.
Article 12 (Procedures)
If the member changes the contents of the membership application form (address change, etc.), the change procedure must be completed promptly.

Article 13 (Strict adherence to various rules)
When using this studio facility, members must strictly observe the rules and precautions separately set by this facility and follow the instructions of this studio staff.
Article 14 (No entry / exit)
If a member falls under any of the following items, this facility can order the member to be prohibited from entering or leaving the facility.

When you are drunk.

Article 15 (Compensation for damages)
When using the facilities of this studio, the facility will not be liable for any damages caused by personal or physical accidents caused to the person or a third party. If a member causes damage to a third party when using the facilities of this studio, he / she shall be liable for the compensation promptly.
Article 16 (theft)
The facility will not be liable for any damages caused by theft caused by the member's use of this studio. In addition, the lockers installed in this studio shall be used at the responsibility and burden of the members themselves, and we shall not be liable for any damages or compensation for theft, damage, etc. of the stored items. However, this does not apply if the item is deposited as valuables at the facility by the prescribed method.
Article 17 (Lost and Found)
The facility will not be liable for any damages or compensation for any loss caused by the member's use of this studio.
As a general rule, items left behind or left unattended will be processed after being stored for 2 weeks.
Article 18 (Prohibited matters)
Shooting inside the studio without permission.
To buy, sell, sell or solicit goods in this studio without permission. To solicit (including solicitation to join a group) regardless of whether it is for profit or non-profit.
To slander or slander others.
Violent or intimidating acts against others.
Acts that are offensive to public order and morals, such as molestation, peeping, and exposure.
Do graffiti and features in the facility.
Bring animals into the hall.

Smoking in the hall.
Acts that interfere with the work of our facility staff.
Stalking to others.
Acts that interfere with the use of other people's facilities.

Article 19 (Usage Guide)
Studio management matters not stipulated in this constitution will be stipulated in the usage guide or the rules separately set by this facility.
4. Facility sales
Article 20 (business hours)
Business hours will be determined separately. However, the time may be changed temporarily.
Article 21 (closed)
This studio will be closed annually for a period specified in advance for each studio, and will be closed regularly on the facility inspection day.
In addition to the closure of the previous issue, this studio will be closed if the facility determines that it cannot be operated due to weather, disasters, etc. in the case of renovation of the building, remodeling or repair of the facility, or other construction work.
Article 22 (Closement of facilities and abolition of operation)
When the studio and facilities are integrated or abolished due to business circumstances, or when the facility determines that it is difficult to operate, all or part of the studio and facilities should be closed or abolished. there is. If the studio and facilities are integrated or abolished, the members may be notified and consented to change the facilities used by the members to the facilities of the nearby studio. In addition, for members who could not be contacted despite the notification, it is assumed that they wish to continue to be enrolled in this studio, and the facility used can be changed to a facility near this studio in the same way. Article 23 (Studio closure)
The company may close this studio for the following reasons:
When the facility is closed due to weather, disaster, etc. and it is judged that it is difficult to restart the business.
When it is judged that it is difficult to continue business due to management.
Article 24 (Revision of Constitution)
The facility may revise this constitution if it deems it necessary. The revised content shall be applied to all members.
Supplementary provisions
This constitution will come into effect on March 1, 2021.
